Its location in the area was perfect, with a supermarket and shopping options right in front. The room was spacious and elegant, providing enhanced comfort. The staff were friendly and supportive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel amenities such as free Wi-Fi, terrace, and flat-screen TV added to the overall quality of our experience.
Although the on-site restaurant wasn't recommended, there are plenty of local dining options nearby. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Despite a few minor inconveniences, our stay at Novo Coapa was enjoyable. The room was cleaned and well-maintained throughout our visit, and the location was superb, with shopping areas within walking distance. We found the shower to be great and the bed comfortable. we would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The hotel offers spacious rooms and a great shower, making the stay comfortable. The location is quite convenient, with a supermarket in front, a shopping center nearby and easy access to transportation. the staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out quick and easy.
One downside was the lack of cleanliness in the room, with dirty sheets and a poorly cleaned bathroom. the Internet connection was poor and unreliable.

I had a great stay in this hotel. The location was fantastic as it was easy to walk to the shopping center and mall. Also, the hotel's facilities including the parking garage and transportation facilities were top-notch. The cleanliness of my room was especially impressive, making my stay a comfortable one.

The area is perfect for shopping and has multiple options for food nearby. The parking garage is safe and well-maintained. Some rooms offer a great shower experience with hot water and a big, comfortable bed.
WIFI in the room is terrible, making it tough to stream or work online.

The hotel had an ideal location, only a short walk from a shopping center and a mall. The parking garage was safe and convenient. The bed in my spacious room was comfortable and the shower was great.
There were some drawbacks to my stay. The bed cover was spotted and there were some cigarette burns on it.
